Delivery Information

Applicable to all Orders:

All shipments and deliveries are sent from our own Warehouse in the UK.

We dispatch all orders daily (Working days only).

All orders placed before 11:00am UK Time will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

NOTE: Working days are Monday-Friday only. Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

A signature will be required upon delivery for all order over £50.00 and also for Express delivery or International orders.

Some UK deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may incur an additional charge for delivery especially for large bulky items. We will notify you if this is the case.

UK FREE Standard Delivery:

We offer FREE Standard Delivery for all orders in the UK. FREE Standard delivery is by Royal Mail for Small Parcels or by Courier for Larger and Bulkier Items.

FREE Standard Delivery orders are normally received within 2-4 working days.

UK Express Delivery:

If you have selected the express delivery option at checkout, you will receive your order next working day after dispatching.

UK Express delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery for small packets or by Next Day Delivery courier for larger/bulkier items.

International Delivery:

We ship to most countries Worldwide - Please select your country from the drop-down menu at checkout .

All international orders are shipped using a tracked and insured service.

International orders are normally received within 7-14 working days depending on the country being delivered to.

All international orders will be shipped by the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed-For Service. For bulkier items, these will be sent via UPS/Fedex/DHL/TNT.

Please note: you may need to pay for import tax and duties depending on the value of your order and the country being delivered to.

Undelivered/Lost Orders:

Lost/Missing items can only be claimed from our couriers after 10 working days, which we will then take action accordingly. If you contact us before the 10 day period we may ask you to wait until then before we take further action.
